About usWelcome to the Melon Age – the age of global connections! MelonAge, cross-sector partnership design expert, offers partnership design and pre-design stage research services. We specialize in global cross-sector partnerships between public, business and not-for-profit sectors. We offer our services to responsible organizations for their global collaborative ventures. We assist responsible businesses to attain corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals through cross-sector partnerships. Based in Toronto and founded in 2008, Canada, MelonAge is a social enterprise with the aim of setting up a think tank that undertakes further research in the field. At the heart of our work is the full recognition of the value of relationships and the potential for them to flourish with proper care, learning and time. In just a decade, the number of relationships we need to engage in has risen exponentially. Increasingly, these relationships are crossing sector boundaries – private, public and not-for-profit. What’s more, the variety of relationships has grown more complex and expanded from traditional commercial or philanthropic relationships to partnerships of every conceivable kind. All this is leading to considerable confusion and putting your organization’s aspirations at risk. Clearly, there is need for expert guidance and a new approach to managing relationships on a global scale. About our founderMotoyo Kamiya, the founder and CEO of MelonAge, has extensive experience covering the public, private and not-for-profit sectors at the international level.
